The Torpedo drill promotes the importance of body rotation to prevent you from swimming flat, whilst also working your legs. This drill helps you to practice body rotation without using your arms.
Push off on your back with your arms by your side.
Keep your chin up high to help keep your hips up and improve your body position.
Whilst keeping your head still, rotate from side to side using your legs to propel you forward for a full length.
