Wear a paddle on your left hand and a fin on your right foot.
Swimming full stroke front crawl, try to keep the movements balanced and the pathways of the arms and hands symmetrical.
This exercise will highlight inaccuracies in the stroke to get you to rebalance front crawl.
Alternate the swim aids every two lengths, then add both for a final two lengths.
