Front Crawl Swimming Drills | Torpedo on Front

The Torpedo drill promotes the importance of body rotation to prevent you from swimming flat, whilst also working your legs. This drill helps you to recreate body rotation without using your arms.

Push off on your front with your arms by your side.

Whilst keeping your head still, rotate from side to side using your legs to propel you forward.

Perform as many rotations as you can without breathing before breaking into full stroke or you could add a snorkel.
